Sewing Machine Operator

Position: Sewing Machine Operator - Full Time

Starting Pay: $16.00/Hour with Raises Based on Performance

Benefits: Paid Time Off (Sick/Vacation) and Major Holidays Off with Pay.

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1 Hour Lunch Break

 

This position is for a disciplined professional committed to producing high quality, custom products using industrial sewing machines. The ideal candidate will assemble and sew items into a final product while adhering to quality control measures. Apart from the following Primary Responsibilities, the candidate will assist in the daily operations of the shop which will consist of cleaning, packing products, moving equipment and more. The candidate can also be expected to participate in related job training to improve employee skills and knowledge in our industry.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform basic sewing functions.

-Sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

-Maintain quality control and take appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

-Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Disciplined & honest person with a good work ethic and passion for our company’s products. -Highly detailed person with good organization and a logical thinker with strong follow through.

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work 40 Hours a week as this is a Full Time Position

-Ability to sit for long durations at various sewing machines.

-Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight.

-High school diploma or GED

 

Probation Period: All new employees will undergo a 60 day probationary period. During this time, new employees will be evaluated on attendance, team work, attitude, work quality, speed, and overall progression.

Sewing Machine Operator Apprentice

Position: Sewing Machine Operator Apprentice - Temporary

Starting Pay: $12.00/Hour with Raises Based on Performance

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1 Hour Lunch Break

Experience is preferred but not required. Sewing is a unique skill that is very teachable. Individuals that excel in sewing typically possess a creative mind, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. New employees will be taught how to properly thread a machine, troubleshoot a machine, and will receive instruction on marking patterns, sewing straight lines, box stitching, bar tacking, and putting products together.

Fulfilment Specialist

Position: Fulfilment Specialist - Full Time, Part Time

Starting Pay: $11.00/Hour with Raises Based on Performance

Benefits: Paid Time Off (Sick/Vacation) and Major Holidays Off with Pay.

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1 Hour Lunch Break

The Fulfillment Specialist, is a disciplined professional committed to providing great customer service through the fulfilling of customer’s orders and follow on customer care. Fulfillment Specialists will receive & count oncoming materials and finished products, process & prepare products, read and complete customer orders and assist in general customer service. Apart from the following Primary Responsibilities, Fulfillment Specialists will assist in the daily operations of the shop as well which will consist of cleaning, moving equipment and more. The Fulfillment Specialist can also be expected to participate in related job training to improve employee skills and knowledge in our industry.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Fulfill by Picking, Packing & Processing Customer Orders -Receive & Count Materials and Finished Products

-Maintain quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

-Process and Prepare Finished Products

-Count & Confirm Inventory Numbers

-Cut various nylon fabrics to specifications.

-Properly Utilize Inventory/Order Systems.

-Maintain Quality Control of Goods and the Complete Purchase Experience

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Disciplined & honest person with a good work ethic and passion for our company’s products - Highly detailed person with good organization and a logical thinker with strong follow through -

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work either 20 or 40 Hours a week.

-Ability and willingness to stand on feet for duration of the day and lift at least 70 pounds regularly.
